Most of us are dealing with exhaustion from time to time. But if you are constantly feeling drained, it’s time for a change. I came up with this Ashwagandha shake to get out of the constant weakness I had been struggling with for a year. Trust me, it’s worth a try.

Ashwagandha was my lifesaver when I was suffering from sleeping problems, stress, anxiety and extreme exhaustion for more than 10 months. On the worst days, I would just lie in bed. Not because I was lazy. I felt so drenched that I couldn’t do anything more intense than lying or sitting down. Even reading a book gave me a headache. Needless to say, I was completely unable to do sports.

After spending some time on research, I found out that my lack of energy was due to the severe adrenal fatigue I was suffering from. Which basically meant that I had put myself under too much pressure for a prolonged period of time. I spent days researching remedies and one of the most powerful ones that I came across is Ashwagandha. In order to heal myself, I put together the recipe for this Ashwagandha shake and used it every single day, before I would eat anything else.

I felt the strengthening effect of this mixture almost immediately. Usually, when I had the shake in the morning, I could get through the day without sleeping in the afternoon. After taking Ashwagandha for many months, I felt so much better. I didn’t need to drink it every day anymore

The plums sweeten the smoothie and soothe the slightly bitter taste of ashwagandha, they also help with digestion. The ginger adds a spicy taste and it has anti-inflammatory properties.

Ashwagandha improves your physical resilience, helps with sleep problems and soothes your nerves. This remedy for adrenal fatigue worked really well for me.
